1. Do you provide the alcohol?

No, due to Oklahoma state law, we cannot purchase, sell, or transport alcohol. However, we make it easy by providing a customized shopping list based on your drink menu and guest count—so you know exactly what to buy.

2. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed and carry general liability insurance for each event planned. Our bartenders are trained, experienced, and certified.

3. how long will bartenders be at the event?

We will arrive 1.5 hours on site before the scheduled event to set-up and to also chill any beverages beforehand. Don't have that time before as an option? We can work with your schedule regardless. We will be onsite for a minimum of 4 hours, any additional time will require a fee to ensure our employees are taken care of for their time.

4. Do you travel outside of Oklahoma city?

Of course! We will travel to your event within a 40 mile radius and anything beyond that will be an additional fee for travel.

5. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the invoice is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is typically due 7 days before the event.
